On Friday 7th April 2017 we celebrated the value of Trust.  We participated in lots of fun events with our families.  Through out the school family members joined children in completing activities, which demonstrated our trust of each other and how we can improve our relationships with trust.
'When I am afraid, I put my trust in you' - Psalm 56:3
Children and adults wore blindfolds whilst they trusted other people to lead them around the playground and over different obstacles.
In some classrooms balloons where given to friends to see if we could trust each other to look after them for a day.  In others, cubes were made with the images of people we trust to remind us of the Values day.
We also undertook discussions about how we can gain or lose the trust of friends and family through our behaviour.
In the afternoon Mr Voss led pupils and parents through some challenging activities on the field.  The day culminated in an Easter egg hunt on the field, which was organised by Mrs Zeraschi.
Staff, pupils and family members thoroughly enjoyed the Values day. A huge thank you to everyone who came into share the day with us.
‘Be strong & courageous. Don't be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go’ - Joshua 1:9
We look forward to our next values day on Thursday 25th May to celebrate our work on Forgiveness.
