We have enjoyed our first week back after half term and even though it was only four days we have been very busy.

In Maths we have been collating all our results from our Walk to School Week.  In English we have been writing our ‘thank you’ speeches for our leavers assembly and also composing our personal comments for our reports. In Science we have started our new topic ‘Forces’ and have been discovering how different forces act on objects all the time.

We had a very informative talk from PC Chris about staying safe on the internet and social media sites.  He shared lots of important information and tips about how to stay eSafe.

We also had a visit from St Richard Gwyn staff and Y10 pupils who came along and ran a wonderful PE lesson for the class.  Many thanks.

Everyone enjoyed their last sports day here at All Saints and it was fantastic to see all the older pupils being role models for all the younger pupils. Da iawn Year 6.

We were also very fortunate to have a visit from the staff of St Andrews Major Primary School in Dinas Powys on Friday.  The Y6 children acted as ambassadors for the day by sharing their love of our school with the adults.  The Year 6 children also ran a number of different workshops for the visitors, showcasing all the exciting learning that takes place in our school.
